You visit the manufacturer web site (Support and/or Downloads) for either the computer as a whole (if it is something like a Dell, HP, IBM, Gateway, etc - or a laptop) OR you visit each individual hardware compnonent manufacturer's webaise(s) (Support and/or Downloads) and find the specific model (of computer/of each component) and download the proper driver for whatever operating system (OS) you are running (if the manufacturer supports that OS.).
